Our work

Websites, training, campaigns, programmes and events, in the words of the people we did them with. Further down: the approach that runs through all of it.

Eight projects, across everything we do

Ask us about any of them and we will talk you through it properly.

Training

The Curve

Practical digital skills training that has reached thousands of charity staff, funded so the organisations that need it most pay nothing. At One Parent Families Scotland, it helped Digital Officer Tariq Ali make podcasts more accessible and sharpen the charity’s presence on LinkedIn.

“The workshops gave me different perspectives. Even if you think you already know something, you’ll end up learning something you weren’t aware of before.”

Tariq Ali, Digital Officer, One Parent Families Scotland

Campaign

Scotland Demands Better

A four-week social campaign for The Poverty Alliance and 280+ partners, building digital momentum for a national anti-poverty march. Over 1.2 million video views, a reach of 550,000+, and 821 new long-term followers, framing the rally as hopeful and unifying rather than angry.

“Hope is a stronger hook than anger. Focusing on collective demands for ‘better’ kept the message accessible across generations.”

About the event

The approach behind all of it

Discovery takes the most room because everything after it depends on getting that part right, and the last phase never really finishes.

Discovery

Understanding the people you serve, the problem in front of you, and what is really going on inside the organisation. Workshops, interviews, analytics, content audits, whatever the question needs.

The biggest part, on purpose

Shape

Turning what we learned into structure, journeys and a plan you can argue with before anyone builds anything.

Make

Designing, building or running it, with you in the room rather than at the end of an email thread.

Land

Training, launch and handover, so your team can carry it on confidently without us.

Keep going

Measuring, improving, and picking up the next thing as it comes.

Most agencies compress discovery because it is the hardest part to sell. We do the opposite: if we understand the problem properly, everything after it gets cheaper, faster and more likely to work.

The team at Third Sector Lab are purpose-led and phenomenal at what they do.

The bit that does not end at launch

We stay in your corner after the work ships.

Most of what we build keeps going long after handover. Our ongoing partnership keeps it working, measured and improving, with a team who already knows your organisation.

  • A team that already knows your organisation
  • Hosting, maintenance, security and updates handled
  • Ongoing measurement and improvement, not set-and-forget
  • Senior advice on tap as new questions come up
